Beach Wedding on Pampelonne
Saying yes barefoot in the sand, facing the Mediterranean: a luxury seaside wedding, imagined and orchestrated by Azur Dream Saint-Tropez.
Beach Wedding on Pampelonne: the most beautiful setting to say yes
Four and a half kilometres of fine sand between Ramatuelle and Saint-Tropez, turquoise water, umbrella pines and that golden light which made the peninsula a legend: Pampelonne beach is one of the most beautiful wedding venues on the French Riviera.
A wedding planner and wedding designer based in Saint-Tropez, Stéphanie Di Franco conceives your beach wedding as a one-of-a-kind creation: a symbolic ceremony facing the sea, cocktails at sunset, dinner barefoot in the sand in a private beach club, then a celebration that carries on beneath the stars.

The sun is sinking over the bay of Pampelonne. Your guests arrive by sea, a glass of rosé in hand, while sailing boats glide past Cap Camarat. Beneath your feet, sand still warm; before you, the Mediterranean turning from turquoise to gold. A violin rises, the aisle of white flowers opens towards the horizon… and time stands still.
Here, your wedding is not simply an event: it is a legend you write yourselves.
A seaside wedding, couture style
The light of the bay
A late-afternoon ceremony, as the sun drops towards the sea: unforgettable photographs and a magical atmosphere.
A beach club to yourselves
We arrange the exclusive hire of a Pampelonne beach club for you and your guests, in complete privacy.
Barefoot in the sand, elegance all the way
Set design, floral decoration and table styling conceived for the sand, the breeze and the evening light.

Saint-Tropez, Ramatuelle, Pampelonne: the setting of your wedding
Marrying at Pampelonne means offering your guests all the magic of the Saint-Tropez peninsula and the French Riviera: picture-postcard villages, vineyards facing the sea, secret coves and that art de vivre the whole world envies.

The iconic village
Ochre facades, an old port where fishing boats and yachts sit side by side, the market on place des Lices and the citadel overlooking the gulf: the backdrop to every Riviera legend.

The hilltop village
Lanes draped in bougainvillea, vineyards stretching to the sea and a theatre festival under the stars: the Provençal soul of the peninsula, a stone’s throw from the beach.

The legendary beach
Four and a half kilometres of fine sand, turquoise water, umbrella pines and Cap Camarat as a backdrop: the most famous beach on the Riviera.

The Riviera within reach
Secret coves, the golden islands of Porquerolles and Port-Cros, Cannes and Monaco a helicopter ride away: the whole Riviera becomes your guests’ playground.

A wedding experienced through all five senses
A great wedding is not only looked at: it is felt. We compose your day as an experience, with an opening, a crescendo and a finale, where every sense has its place.
- Sight. A set design that tells your story and a warm light, flattering in every photograph.
- Smell. Scented flowers, chosen candles, a wedding fragrance: the most faithful memory is an olfactory one.
- Taste. A chef’s menu, pairings with Provence wines, a signature cocktail and midnight treats.
- Touch. Washed linen, cut glassware, embossed stationery, cushions and rugs on the sand.
- Sound. Live musicians for the ceremony, high-end sound design and a DJ who reads your dance floor.

A symbolic ceremony facing the sea
On the sand, facing the Mediterranean, we write a personalised symbolic ceremony with you: your words, your loved ones, your music. A celebrant, an aisle of flowers, an arch facing the horizon.
In France, the civil marriage takes place at the town hall and is subject to residency conditions. The beach ceremony is therefore symbolic: many couples, international ones in particular, marry civilly at home and then celebrate their destination wedding here.
- A ceremony celebrant
- Flower arch, aisle and seating facing the sea
- Live musicians for the entrance and the recessional
- Decor designed for the wind and an elegant fallback ready in case of rain

Dinner and celebration in a private beach club
The beach clubs of Pampelonne are ideal reception venues for a seaside wedding, generally up to around a hundred guests, or slightly more depending on the property. We select the one that reflects you, arrange its exclusive hire and orchestrate a gastronomic dinner facing the sunset.
These venues open seasonally and the finest July and August dates go very early: we recommend booking 12 to 18 months ahead.
- Selection and exclusive hire of the beach club
- Exceptional caterer or private chef
- Lighting design, DJ and musicians within permitted hours
- After-party in a private villa or aboard a yacht
The flavours of the Mediterranean
With exceptional chefs and caterers, we compose a menu that tells of Provence and the sea: market produce, local fish, olive oil and wines from the peninsula.
Aperitif facing the sea
An oyster bar, fish crudos, tapenades and Provençal bites, served at sunset with the rosé of the peninsula.
Dinner beneath the stars
Locally caught fish, market vegetables, herbs of Provence: generous, refined chef’s cooking, plated or served to share.
The Tropezian indulgence
The famous tarte tropézienne, born in Saint-Tropez, reinvented as a tiered cake, as petits fours or as a dessert bar for your guests.

A setting of flowers, light and sand
Every Pampelonne wedding begins with a story, which we translate into set design: a colour palette, materials, flowers, a light. With our florists and decorators, we imagine a spectacular setting, conceived for the sand, the sea breeze and the evening light.
- Floral arch, petal aisle and suspended installations
- Seasonal flowers and Mediterranean greenery: olive trees, lavender, bougainvillea
- Table styling: linen, crystal glassware, tableware and centrepieces
- Lighting design: candles, hurricane lamps, lanterns and string lights
- Bespoke stationery: invitations, menus, seating plan and calligraphy
- Decor weighted and designed against the wind, leaving nothing on the beach

Images worthy of the setting
The light of Pampelonne is a gift for photographers. We select wedding photographers and videographers whose style suits yours — natural reportage, fine art or editorial — and we build the flow of the day around the golden hour.
- Reportage from the preparations to the last dance
- Couple session at sunset, feet in the water
- Wedding film and teaser to share with your loved ones
- Drone footage, subject to permits
- Engagement or day-after session on the peninsula
- Elegant photo booth and fine art album
The moments your guests will talk about for years
A successful wedding is remembered through its emotions. We imagine with you — or in secret, for your other half — the surprises that will make your day a singular memory.
The arrival by sea
The couple reaches the beach aboard a classic wooden boat, to the applause of their guests.
Music at sunset
A violinist, a saxophonist or a gospel choir appearing on the sand at the most unexpected moment.
Rosé and champagne bar
The finest rosés of the peninsula, a champagne bar and an oyster bar facing the sea.
A live artist
A watercolourist or portraitist painting the evening during the cocktail: a unique keepsake to frame.
Your wedding fragrance
A scent created for you with a perfumer, offered to your guests as a memory of the day.
The beach basket
For every guest: a fan, sandals, sunglasses and personalised little touches.
The luminous finale
A drone or light show above the bay, subject to permits.
The day after, by yacht
A brunch at sea along the coves of the peninsula, to carry on the celebration in a small circle.

Your guests, our guests of honour
Luxury hides in the details nobody notices, because everything has already been taken care of. Your guests are received as in a Tropezian home, from the first message to the last shuttle.

- A dedicated concierge service. Restaurant, beach, excursion and transfer bookings for your guests, before and after the wedding.
- A lounge on the sand. Sofas, rugs, cushions and parasols: an elegant lounge where everyone feels at home, facing the sea.

- Midnight treats. Wood-fired pizza, miniature tropéziennes or an ice cream bar to revive the party.
- A serene journey home. Shuttles and chauffeurs back to the hotels and villas, so that no one watches the clock.

Celebrating Pampelonne while respecting it
Since its redevelopment, Pampelonne beach has protected its dune and natural areas, with demountable venues in harmony with the landscape. We organise weddings that respect this exceptional site: local, seasonal flowers, reusable decor, no confetti or balloon releases, reusable tableware and suppliers from the peninsula.

Making a beach wedding a success
- Book the beach club early, especially for a Saturday in summer.
- Plan for guests to arrive by sea: in August, the road to Pampelonne can be very busy.
- Anticipate the wind: weighted decor, drapes, suitable hairstyling and a covered plan B.
- Think about comfort: sandals for the sand, fans, shade and water for your guests.
- Respect the site: Pampelonne is a protected shoreline and we work with committed suppliers.
- Plan where the party continues, as music is regulated on the beach.

What makes up the budget of a beach wedding
Every wedding is unique: after our first conversation, we give you a detailed and transparent estimate, line by line.
- The venue. Date, season and level of exclusivity at the beach club.
- The guests. Number of guests, catering, drinks and service.
- The set design. Flowers, decoration, table styling and lighting.
- The atmosphere. Musicians, DJ, entertainment and surprises.
- The memories. Photographer, videographer, stationery and guest gifts.
- The logistics. Transfers, boats, accommodation and the weekend programme.

Beach weddings in Saint-Tropez
Can you legally marry on Pampelonne beach?
No: in France the civil marriage is celebrated at the town hall. On the beach, we organise a symbolic ceremony, personalised and deeply moving. We guide you through the civil formalities.
How many guests for a wedding at Pampelonne?
Beach clubs lend themselves ideally to weddings of around a hundred guests, sometimes more depending on the property. For an intimate wedding or an elopement, other formats are possible.
When should you book?
Ideally 12 to 18 months ahead for July and August. June and September offer more flexibility and a magnificent light.
What budget should you plan for?
It depends on the date, the number of guests, the beach club and the level of exclusivity. After a first conversation, we give you a detailed and transparent estimate.
What if it is windy or rainy?
Every beach wedding is prepared with a plan B: a covered space, drapes, adjusted timings. You have nothing to worry about on the day.
How do guests reach the beach?
We organise private transfers, shuttles and boat arrivals from Saint-Tropez, as well as guest accommodation in villas and hotels.
Until what time can you celebrate on the beach?
Amplified music is regulated on the beach and the hours vary from one property to another. We build the timeline accordingly and carry the celebration on in a private villa or aboard a yacht.
Can you marry at Pampelonne in May or October?
The beach clubs of Pampelonne are seasonal. Depending on their opening dates, a wedding in May or early October is possible; otherwise, we propose a villa or an estate with a sea view.
Do you take care of the flowers, the decoration and the photographer?
Yes. We select and coordinate florists, decorators, photographers, videographers, musicians, caterers and every supplier for your wedding. You can fully enjoy every moment.
Can we plan a fireworks display?
Fireworks are strictly regulated along the coast. We look into the permits that may be possible and propose beautiful alternatives: a drone show, light effects or a musical finale.
Our guests come from abroad, can you look after them?
Of course. We organise their transfers, their accommodation and their weekend programme.
Do you organise weddings in complete confidentiality?
Yes. Non-disclosure agreements, security, controlled access and suppliers chosen for their discretion: we protect your privacy and that of your guests.
